What kind of interview? is this to get you into the school? If so then I have a couple tid bits that might help. Just answer in such a way that will demonstrate that you are dedicated, and compitant. don't lie, be friendly, and don't be a fraid to say "I don't know" you are there to learn after all.

The thing is to be totally honest. There is not one single person who you can look at and say 'oh he'll be a great director' so as the other guys have said it's a case of being entusiastic and clued up. Show them everything you know, sound like a film nerd.
The really important thing is dont be a pretentious dick and tell them you're going to make some queer personal art films demonstrating how amazing you are. Films are commercial and film schools want commercial film directors, if you want to do the former why bother going to school in the first place.
When i went to my interview at London international film school i was just genuinely excited and fired of about all the films i thought were great and why? It seemed to work!
You should also really look to make some films of your own. Just work your arse off for a couple ofd months and then shoot something on sixteen, that'll impress em.

Finally remember they want you there. They're going to take so much of your fucking money! Enough by the way to shoot your own 16mm film.
